2.) Individually or in small groups, students will complete text p. 265 [#28] as a review of the imperfect tense.
3.) Individually, students will read text pp. 280 - 283 and translate 8 captions of their choice to English.
4.) Individually or in small groups, students will continue working on their Chapter 7 projects.
TAREA (HOMEWORK): Work on your Chapter 7 project. You must produce something written in Spanish for "project status check" points!

2.) As a whole group, students will compare and contrast the uses of the imperfect and preterite tenses in Spanish.
3.) In pairs, students will complete the Preterite vs. Imperfect (BASIC) PRACTICE assessment.
4.) As a whole group, students will discuss the correct answers for the previous activity and make corrections as necessary.

2.) Individually, students will complete the Chapter 6 speaking assessment.
3.) As a whole group, students will discuss text pp. 280 - 283 as a review of Santiago, Chile.
4.) As a whole group, students will watch and discuss the "Geovisión" video for Chapter 8 (Chile).
5.) As a whole group, students will visually review and discuss text pp. 286 - 287 as a brief introduction to advanced clothing and shopping vocabulary.
TAREA (HOMEWORK): Write 5 sentences (in Spanish) using the PRETERITE tense and 5 more sentences using the IMPERFECT tense. Then, TRANSLATE your sentences to English. You are encouraged to use STUDYSPANISH.com --> GRAMMAR --> LESSONS #73 & #74 to help you understand this assignment AND to help you study for Monday's quiz!
